WTS Ruling on Visiting Churches. What is it These Days?

hi folks .

i'm sure this subject has been discussed over and over again but i've still managed to miss it.

what is the current ruling on jws attending church services?

Standing outside the church is just stupid, in my family its a very touchy subject, I hate that they do that, WHY EVEN GO TO THE CHURCH!! thats what I don't get, is it to prove a point? but hey later at the reception they are all eating the food and drinking the booze, its so retarded!

Long Beach Convention weekend is over!

i attended with her on friday morning.

she attended alone during the afternoon as i had some clients to meet with for my business.

how did being referred to as a brother or sister make you feel?the term brother always reminded me of being in some militant or holy roller religion.

during my tenure as a jehovahs witness, i brought it to the elders attention to refer to .

me by using my first or last name when addressing me.

I've always noticed that they used it to find out if you are a witness or not, like when my family has "the friends" over a family "gathering" they always come up to me with their hand extended ready for that JW handshake and say "Brother ??" like if you address your self as Brother Blah blah, ok your one of us, but like I always say NO its just Andre!

By the way WTF why do they have to use terms like the friends and gatherings, fuck just say church member at the fucking party, Damn,, and why do they always bring fried Chicken or potatoe salad to "gatherings"

Guys if you really want to know the real reason why there is no window in Kingdumb halls just think about it!!!!

you get that many window washers in one building, why would you want to remind them about work, they must have full attention to the brain washing.

Roof Repair-Could Any Brothers Give a Hand?

a friend/co-worker of mine who is an inactive dub told me today that the old hall i went to is getting a new roof.

however, he was upset because only "special" people are being allowed to work on it (himself not included, nor his active, in good-standing father).

it seems you have to be "invited" to work on your own kingdom hall roof now.

a few years ago some one paid me to haul away a solar heating panel (mostly as a favor), it was made of copper, I took it to the recycling place and got $300, big more than some beer money
